Delivery

If you are purchasing a single or double pushchair, with or without accessories, then the cost of delivery will be included in the price (UK mainland only).

We aim to dispatch in stock pushchairs within 48 working hours, and orders received before noon are often dispatched the same day.

We try to maintain our website daily, so if an item is shown as ‘In Stock’ then it usually is available for dispatch. If you request that goods are dispatched to an address other than that of the Card Holder, then there may be a delay when processing the order.

Pushchairs are delivered by courier which currently is DPD, on a standard Next Working Day service, delivered Tuesday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. – 6.30 p.m., UK mainland only. Deliveries with postcodes AB, PH, PA, IV, KW often take an extra day.

BFPO Addresses - small items are posted in the normal way through Royal Mail. Standard UK postage charges apply. Larger accessory items and pushchairs that we would normally send with our courier on a next working day service, are still despatched in this way, but are sent to the BFPO Sorting Office in Ruislip HA4 4DW for onward to you. Please make sure when ordering that your full BFPO address is on the order.

Orders from outside of UK mainland will incur extra delivery charges and longer delivery times which vary. For full information please do email us.

If you wish to upgrade your delivery service to a timed morning service (8am – 12noon) then there will be an additional charge of £7. This can be arranged when we telephone to organise a convenient delivery day. Delivery days available are Tuesdays through to Fridays. You can receive a text or email alert on the day of delivery notifying you of the hour in which the delivery is expected to take place. Therefore, a mobile number is always the preferred option.

If you are buying accessories without a pushchair, then there is naturally a postage cost. We have broken this down into three bands (based on weight):

Band A small items weighing no more than 800g will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Post.

Band B medium items weighing between 800g and 1.4kg will be dispatched either by Royal Mail First Class Post or by courier (next working day service), at our discretion.

Band C (large items weighing over 1.5kg) will also be dispatched by courier on a next working day service. Goods are dispatched daily from our premises Monday through to Thursday.

If you select the Express Delivery option then this is automatically sent with our courier on a next working day service, Tuesday to Friday. If the courier service is used the parcel will have instructions for it to be left safe, unless we have alternative information from you.

European Deliveries/ Country

We are happy to deliver to many European destinations. When you have added the items required to your basket just click on the drop down box to choose your country and the cost will show immediately. Full tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch of your complete order.
