Delivery

If you are purchasing a single or double pushchair, with or without accessories, then the cost of delivery will be included in the price (UK mainland only).

If you wish to upgrade your delivery service to a timed morning (9am – 12 noon) or afternoon delivery (12 noon – 5.30pm), then there will be an additional charge of £6. This can be arranged when we telephone to organise a convenient delivery day. If you are buying accessories without a pushchair, then there is naturally a postage cost. We have broken this down into three bands (based on weight).

Band A small items weighing no more than 800 grammes will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class Post. Band B medium items weighing between 800 grammes and 1.4kg will be despatched either by Royal Mail First Class Post or by Initial Citylink (next working day service), at our discretion.

Band C (large items weighing over 1.5kg) will also be despatched by Initial Citylink on a next working day service. Goods are despatched daily from our premises Monday to Thursday only.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch pushchairs within 48 working hours, and orders received before noon are often despatched the same day.

We try to maintain our website daily, so if an item is shown as ‘In Stock’ then it really is available for despatch. If you request that goods are despatched to an address other than that of the Card Holder, then there may be a delay when processing the order.

Pushchairs are delivered by Initial CityLink on a standard Next Working Day service, Tuesday to Friday, 9am – 5.30 p.m., UK mainland only.

Orders from outside of UK mainland will incur extra delivery charges and longer delivery times.

Returns Policy

You can cancel your order any time prior to despatch if you realise you have ordered the wrong product etc. Telephone us, and we will cancel the order with no charges.

Once despatched however, you can send the pushchair or accessories back to us, but please remember that you are responsible for them until we receive it, so you need to look after it. Goods must come back, unused, in the same perfect condition that we sent it, and in its original packaging, within 7 days of the invoice date.

If you decide that you do not want the product then send it back and we will refund the cost of the product, but we do not refund the actual delivery cost. Please note that return of a pushchair incurs a £15 delivery fee if returned. We are happy to organise collection of a pushchair for return, but please note that this is costly at £25 through our standard courier company, and it is far more cost effective for customers to return pushchairs via Parcel Force or alternative means. In addition there may be a 2.5% administrative cost to cover credit/debit card transaction charges.

We do not accept pushchairs or accessories back for refund after they have been used.

Warranty

If your pushchair or accessory develops a fault within the first year, then you will need to contact us as soon as possible.

You will need to provide us with your Invoice Number, and in some cases, a photograph of the fault, so that we can liaise with the manufacturer and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Most spare parts can be ordered from the relevant manufacturer and posted out to customers to be fitted by themselves, so as avoiding the need of packaging and sending back a buggy, and thus being without it for some days. Occasionally however, it is necessary for the buggy to be returned to us, and we can organise this for you. Pushchairs should be returned where possible in their original packaging to avoid damage in transit, but if this is not possible then the item will need to be boxed or wrapped appropriately.

We make every effort to sort out warranty issues quickly and efficiently.

Please note that we do not offer a refund, but repair or replacement.

Please note that we do not cover postage/delivery costs on warranty claims outside of UK mainland.
